Are ideas really meaningless?

Is there a difference bw ideas and concepts?
Do concepts help jumpstart movements?
Do ideas need to be executed by the inventor in order to matter?
well ive never really been a practical person. not everyone is an entrepene
i guess thats the diff bw an artist and an entrepenur.
i want to research.
i want to play.
i want to experiment all day.
and tell stories.
thats what i want to do.
